Abstract: A micro LED display device includes a micro LED array, a light enhancing layer, a color filter and a polarizer. The micro LED array includes a plurality of micro LEDs, wherein each of the micro LEDs is independently controlled to emit a light. The light enhancing layer is located above the micro LED array, wherein the light enhancing layer includes a plurality of quantum dots. The color filter is located above the light enhancing layer, wherein properties of the light of each of the micro LEDs is converted by each of the quantum dots thereby projecting a plurality of sub-pixel units in the color filter. The polarizer is located above the color filter.

Abstract: The display device includes a backlight module, a light switching layer and a color filtering layer. The backlight module includes a plurality of micro light emitting units, wherein each of the micro light emitting units is independently controlled to emit a light. The light switching layer is located above the backlight module, wherein the light switching layer controls whether a light emitted from each of the micro light emitting unit of the backlight module penetrates the light switching layer or not. The color filtering layer is located above the light switching layer, wherein the color filtering layer includes a plurality of quantum dots with different colors, a color of the light emitted by each of the micro light emitting unit is converted by each of the quantum dots, and a plurality of sub-pixel units with different colors are formed by each of the quantum dots.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of color filter. The method comprises the following steps. First, the method deposes a first color material on the substrate via a first pattern mask, forming a first color pattern, and a spray coating method is used for spraying a first color material on the substrate via the first pattern mask, therefore to form a first color pattern. Thereafter, the first pattern mask is removed and cleaned a first residual material of the first color material via laser or blow gun. The abovementioned steps will be repeated for three times to finish the color filter.
