Abstract: A mandrel extension (10) for use in a sleeve film labeler. The mandrel extension may include a body (12), a first guide rail (30) and a second guide rail (32). The body has a front face (16), a rear face (18), a first end (14) and two elongated sides (20, 22). The first guide rail is attached to one of the two elongated sides and the second guide rail is attached to the other of the two elongated sides. At least one of the first guide rail and the second guide rail may extend outward from the body to define a width of the mandrel extension relative to a travel direction of the sleeve film.
