Abstract: A lubricant composition containing a base oil and organic fine particles substantially consisting of the three elements of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and having a proportion of particles having a particle diameter of 10 nm to 10 μm of 90% or greater, wherein the content of the organic fine particles is 0.01 to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the base oil.
