    Abstract: A system for orchestrating a plurality of agents including an electronic device and a server. The electronic device is structured to: display a graphical user interface that generates maneuver configuration data for configuring a shared maneuver for the plurality of agents; and to transmit the maneuver configuration data. The server has: a maneuver interface circuit structured to interpret the maneuver configuration data, a maneuver configuration circuit structured to configure the shared maneuver; an agent data interface circuit structured to interpret first agent data and second agent data, the first agent data corresponding to a first agent of the plurality of agents and the second agent data corresponding to a second agent of the plurality of agents; and an agent coordination circuit structured to generate a plurality of coordinated agent command values configured to operate the first and the second agents based at least in part on the configured shared maneuver.

    Abstract: Propulsion of an unmanned vehicle may include determining and ordering a subset of altitude-differentiated wind vectors, the subset facilitating directional air flow from a starting geographic region to a destination geographic region, and configuring the vehicle and adjusting the altitude of the vehicle to the altitude corresponding to each of the subset of wind vectors as ordered based on a flight plan that includes at least one of a duration and distance for each of the ordered subset of the wind vectors.

    Abstract: Autonomous airship fleet operation includes receiving a mission request. A fleet manager in response to receipt of a mission request, plans a mission having a corresponding mission path and corresponding mission tasks based on a vehicle occupancy map. The fleet manager selects one or more candidate vehicles for the mission based on a correlation of at least one vehicle capability to a capability requirement determined from the mission request. The fleet manager further coordinates operation of the selected vehicles for a duration of the mission request, thereby fulfilling the at least one mission objective of the mission request.
