Abstract: The present invention relates to use of at least one compound of formula (I) or stereoisomer thereof wherein R is linear or branched C1-C9 alkyl, linear or branched C2-C9 alkenyl, unsubstituted or C1-C3 alkyl-substituted C4-C8 cycloalkyl or substituted or unsubstituted aryl as aroma ingredient.
