Abstract: A PTFE composite powder, a preparation method thereof, and a composite material containing the same are provided. The PTFE composite powder includes the following components: a PTFE powder, an inorganic powder, and a surface treatment agent. The inorganic powder is coated on a surface of the PTFE powder to form an inorganic powder layer, and the surface treatment agent is coated on the inorganic powder layer. For the composite material obtained by the present invention, the compatibility between the PTFE composite powder and matrix polymer is better than that of the prior art, leading to larger addition amount, and smaller dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composite material, thus suitable for being used as 5G materials.
