    Abstract: An implant device for a biosensor comprises a housing unit, an implant module, a bottom seat and a sensor component. The implant module is disposed in an accommodating space of the housing unit. The implant module includes a main body unit, a guiding set, an implant seat, a first elastic member, a needle withdrawal seat, a second elastic member, and a needle implant member. When the housing unit is pressed downwardly, the implant seat is displaced downwardly to perform automatic needle implantation by virtue of an resilient force of the first elastic member; when the needle implantation is completed, a limiting relationship of the implant seat and the needle withdrawal seat is released, so the needle withdrawal seat completes automatic needle withdrawal by releasing a resilient force of the second elastic member. The implant seat and the needle withdrawal seat are guided by the guiding set to move stably, thereby achieving easy control of production tolerances, increasing production speed and yield rate, improving the stability of needle implantation, and making needle implantation more painless and sensationless.

    Abstract: An insertion device includes a cover body, an insertion module. The insertion module is disposed in the cover body, and includes a main body, an insertion seat, a first elastic member, a retraction seat and a second elastic member. When the cover body is depressed, the insertion seat is driven by the first elastic member to perform an automatic-insertion operation and to collapse a limiting structure between the insertion seat and the cover body. A limiting structure between the insertion seat and the retraction seat collapses upon the collapse of the limiting structure between the insertion seat and the cover body, so that the retraction seat is driven by the second elastic member to perform an automatic-retraction operation.

    Abstract: A insertion module includes a main body, an auxiliary insertion seat, an insertion needle assembly and a sensor assembly. The main body has a plurality of slide grooves. The auxiliary insertion seat has a base portion, and a plurality of wing portions. The insertion needle assembly is fixed through the interference between the wing portions and wall surfaces of the slide grooves, such that the insertion needle is prevented from being oblique to an insertion direction before the insertion needle is inserted into a host.

    Abstract: A method for assembling a physiological signal monitoring apparatus on a body surface of a living body is provided, wherein the physiological signal monitoring apparatus is used to measure a physiological signal and includes a sensor module and a transmitter. The method comprises steps of: (a) detaching the bottom cover from the housing to expose the sticker from the bottom opening; (b) while holding the housing, causing the adhesive pad to be attached to the body surface; (c) applying a pressing force on the housing to cause the sensor module to be detached from the implantation module and the signal sensing end to be implanted under the body surface; (d) removing the implanting device while leaving the sensor module on the body surface; and (e) placing the transmitter on the base so that the signal output end is electrically connected to the port.
