Abstract: A battery self-heating device includes: a power storage apparatus, an inductor, a control unit, and a capacitor. The power storage apparatus includes a first power storage device and a second power storage device. A first end of the inductor connects between the first power storage device and the second power storage device. A second end of the inductor connected to a midpoint of a phase bridge arm of the control unit, and two ends of the at least one phase bridge arm respectively connect to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the power storage apparatus. Two ends of the capacitor respectively connects to the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The capacitor includes a first X capacitor and a second X capacitor connected in series, and the first end of the inductor connects between the first X capacitor and the second X capacitor.
