Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a swing bearing and a wearable device. The swing bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elements, a plurality of first grooves arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction being formed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner ring, a plurality of second grooves arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction being formed on an inner circumferential surface of the outer ring, each rolling element being disposed between the corresponding first groove and the second groove, and the rolling element, the first groove, and the second groove being configured to restrict relative rotational movement between the inner ring and the outer ring and allow the inner ring and the outer ring to produce shaft axis deflection movement.
