Abstract: In an approach to environmental surveillance, a system includes one or more computer processors; one or more non-transitory computer readable storage media; and program instructions stored on the one or more non-transitory computer readable storage media for execution by at least one of the one or more computer processors. The program instructions include instructions to create a model of an environment; assign one or more devices to the model; input source data for the model, wherein the input source data is at least one of synthetic data and real data; determine events based on the one or more devices and the input source data; and create one or more outputs based on the events.
