Abstract: An electrophotographic member, wherein the electrophotographic member comprises a resin layer, the resin layer is electrically conductive, the resin layer comprises an aromatic ring-containing polyester and a fluorosulfonylimide anion and a double bond-containing cation, and the aromatic ring-containing polyester is a polyester selected from the group consisting of polyesters of the following (i) to (iv) or a mixture of two or more polyesters selected from the group consisting of polyesters of the following (i) to (iv): (i) polyethylene naphthalate, (ii) polyethylene terephthalate, (iii) modified polyethylene terephthalate in which the proportion of acid monomer unit other than terephthalic acid unit is 6 mol % or less in all acid monomer unit; and, (iv) modified polyethylene naphthalate in which the proportion of acid monomer unit other than naphthalenedicarboxylic acid unit is 6 mol % or less in all acid monomer unit.
