The steering knuckle includes a steering end connected to a turning wheel and a driving end connected to a steering driving component of the turning wheel, in which the driving end is located above or below the side of the steering end; the steering end is provided with a first connecting hole, and the driving end is provided with a second connecting hole; the axis of the second connecting hole and the axis of the first connecting hole are in the same plane, and the axis of the second connecting hole is not parallel to the axis of the first connecting hole.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a low-pressure casting secondary pressure process for an aluminum wheel. The characteristics of smooth low-pressure filling of molten aluminum alloy and rapid solidification of a rim are preserved, the aluminum alloy at a center sprue is frozen by using a center sprue spreader and a forced water coolling to close a mold cavity, and secondary pressure is implemented to the aluminum wheel by means of down-movement of center extrusion rods, so that the material mechanical properties of an aluminum wheel casting and the production efficiency of the casting process are improved.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an aluminum alloy low-pressure casting device and an aluminum alloy low-pressure casting process. A riser tube is canceled, and the pressure kettle replaces original injection of compressed air into a holding furnace, thereby reducing the consumption of compressed air, and improving the production efficiency of the low-pressure casting process. A non-return stopper is used to space the low-pressure casting and the holding furnace, and molten aluminum alloy can be added into the holding furnace in real time without interrupting the low-pressure casting process, so that rejects affected by temperature field changes due to interrupt of the continuous casting process can be reduced, and the yield of the casting process is improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an aluminum alloy wheel squeeze casting process and an aluminum alloy wheel squeeze casting device. Molten aluminum is injected into a mold cavity from the bottom by adopting a U-shaped pipe, so that the filling is stable and the quality problem of the pore defect of a squeeze cast rim is solved; the squeeze deformation effect of the rim is strengthened using a mold locking ring; and through a secondary pressurization process for the center of the aluminum wheel, the internal dendritic spacing of the aluminum wheel casting is reduced, the yield strength and the elongation in the material mechanical properties of the casting are improved, and a necessary technical foundation is provided for overall weight reduction of the aluminum wheel.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a continuous casting and continuous forging forming process for an aluminum wheel. The process combines the advantage of low-pressure filling stability of molten aluminum alloy, and utilizes the strengthening effect of extrusion deformation forging of a side mold locking ring and a pressure module to improve the mechanical properties of an aluminum wheel material to close to the forging level. A mold cavity is sealed by means of the side mold locking ring and a center mold locking taper, and the extrusion forging pressure acts on the surface of the aluminum alloy in the closed mold cavity, so that the requirement of equipment for mold closing tonnage is lowered, and the cost of the equipment is far lower than that of forging equipment and equivalent to that of casting equipment.
