    Abstract: A combination valve includes a valve seat, a diaphragm valve element, a pilot system to automatically bring the diaphragm valve element into or out of contact with the valve seat by use of air pressure, and a manual system to hold the diaphragm valve element in contact with the valve seat even while air pressure is supplied. In the combination valve, a piston rod is provided such that, when the handle is turned to move the manual stem in a seating direction while the diaphragm valve element and the valve seat are separated from each other, the piston rod moves in the seating direction relative to a first piston and a second piston that are pushed by the air pressure in a separating direction.

    Abstract: A fluid control valve includes a pressing member, a diaphragm member, and a valve seat. The pressing member presses and deforms the diaphragm member into contact with the valve seat. The valve seat includes a first annular valve seat made of fluorine resin and a second annular valve seat made of heat-resistant resin, which are arranged concentrically adjacent to each other. The heat-resistant resin has a higher deflection temperature under load at 1.82 MPa than the fluorine resin, measured according to ASTM D-648.

    Abstract: A mounting structure of a solenoid valve for operation on a cylinder provided with an operation port, the solenoid valve being configured to control operation fluid to be supplied to the cylinder, includes a mounting block attached with the solenoid valve, and a mounting screw threadedly engaged with internal threads of the operation port to mount the mounting block on the cylinder. The mounting block includes an inlet passage for supplying the operation fluid to the solenoid valve, an outlet passage for flowing the operation fluid controlled by the solenoid valve, and a through hole through which the mounting screw is inserted and with which the outlet passage is communicated. The mounting screw includes an inner passage to communicate the operation port with the outlet passage. Seal members seal between an inner wall of the through hole and the mounting screw.

    Abstract: A fluid control valve for controlling high-temperature fluid includes: a valve body including a valve chamber communicating with first and second flow passages, and a valve seat provided in the valve chamber; a metal diaphragm that contacts with and separates from the valve seat; a stem that moves the metal diaphragm up and down; and an actuator that drives the stem. The first flow passage includes a first orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of a diameter of the second flow passage. Alternatively, the second flow passage includes a second orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of the diameter of the second flow passage. The diameter of the second flow passage is calculated by converting a cylindrical flow passage area defined between the valve seat and the metal diaphragm when separated from the valve seat into a diameter of a circular flow passage.

    Abstract: A manual opening/closing valve includes a manual handle, a valve element, a valve seat, an input port, and an output port.
