Abstract: A power supply and a computer chassis are provided. The power supply comprising a main power supply unit and an application power unit is used for electrically coupling to an external AC power. The main power supply unit converts the external AC power to a DC operation power in an operation mode. The application power unit converts the external AC power to a DC application voltage for an application module. The power supply and the application module are installed to a chassis frame of the computer chassis. When the power supply receives the external AC power, regardless of whether the main power supply unit outputs the DC operation power or not, the application power unit continuously outputs the DC application voltage to the application module. Accordingly, no matter what the operation status of the computer is, the power supply and the computer chassis can provide the charging function.
