Abstract: A fitness hand-muscle developer to solve the defects of too strong elasticity, high cost and single purpose in conventional hand-muscle developers, which is suitable for the elderly, the weakling or women to exercise hand muscles in various ways. The fitness hand-muscle developer comprises a main body, elastic, rod-like, defining a lengthwise direction; a band, with two opposite free ends, fixed to the main body in the lengthwise direction of the main body; and a holding space, located between the band and the surface of the main body.
