Abstract: A system for sensing a physical property of a medium inside a conduit includes a radio frequency identification (RFID) reader arranged to transmit electromagnetic signals in at least one radio frequency. An RFID tag receives the least one radio frequency and exchanges the received radio frequency to electrical energy powering the RFID tag. An included sensor electrically connected to the RFID tag receives the electrical energy from the RFID tag and powers the sensor to obtain measurement data of at least one physical property of the medium and transmit the measurement data to the RFID tag. The RFID tag transmits the measurement data to the RFID reader using the at least one radio frequency.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a quick connector adapted to display a code that verifies that a latch member is engaged to retain an installed pipe to the quick connector. The quick connector comprises a connector body having a receiving portion surrounding an internal passage, the internal passage arranged to receive the pipe therein. A latch member retained on the receiving portion is arranged to be movable between a pipe insertion position and a latched position. In the pipe insertion position, the latch member allows the pipe to be inserted into the internal passage. A code readable by a scanning device becomes readable when the latch member is moved to the latched position verifying that the pipe is installed and latched in the connector body.

Abstract: A quick connector is disclosed comprising a receptacle having first and second channels formed on opposite sides of the exterior of the receptacle. A flange includes a retainer mounting part fixed on a first end of the flange. A first pair of clamping jaws extends from a second end of the flange with each clamping jaw of the first pair of clamping jaws accepted into a respective receptacle first and second channel, clasping the receptacle to the flange. The clamped bracket retainer and receptacle are then guided to have a tube inserted into an interior passage of the receptacle and the bracket retainer is attached to a rigid structure using a fastening arrangement that retains the quick connector receptacle and endform in a connected state.

Abstract: An apparatus and method of stacked valves that selectively move the stacked valves into various switched positions using a single actuator. A first valve of the valve stack is movable into one or more switched positions by an actuator that drives the first valve in a first or a second direction for a first or a second distance. Second and third valves of the valve stack are selectively movable into one or more switched positions by motion transfer stages. The motion transfer stages selectively transfer the first or second direction and the first or second distance movements of the first valve to the second and third valves that place the second and third valves into one of the switched positions.
