Abstract: A wavelength conversion module includes a driving element, a wavelength conversion wheel, and at least one flow guide. The wavelength conversion wheel includes a rotary disc and at least one wavelength conversion layer. The driving element is connected to the rotary disc to drive the wavelength conversion wheel to rotate along an axis of the driving element as a central axis. The flow guide is disposed beside the wavelength conversion wheel at intervals along the axis, and at least one airflow channel is formed between the flow guide and the wavelength conversion wheel. The flow guide and the driving element are disposed at intervals, and the flow guide does not contact the rotary disc and the driving element. An orthographic projection of the flow guide on the rotary disc overlaps the wavelength conversion layer. When the wavelength conversion wheel rotates, the wavelength conversion wheel and the flow guide move relatively.

Abstract: A projector includes a casing, an optical engine module and a heat dissipation module. The optical engine module disposed in the casing includes a light source, a light valve and a projection lens. The heat dissipation module disposed in the casing includes at least two heat pipes and a heat dissipation fin set. The heat dissipation fin set includes at least a heat dissipation fin and at least a turbulent structure. The heat dissipation fin has a surface including a heat pipe arrangement region and a turbulent region adjacent to each other. The at least one heat pipe passes through the heat pipe arrangement region, and an air flowing section is formed near the at least one heat pipe. The turbulent region has a turbulent section corresponding to the air flowing section, and the turbulent structure is disposed in the turbulent region and extends continuously in the turbulent section.

Abstract: A wavelength conversion module includes a driving element, a wavelength conversion wheel, and at least one flow guide. The wavelength conversion wheel includes a rotary disc and at least one wavelength conversion layer. The driving element is connected to the rotary disc to drive the wavelength conversion wheel to rotate along an axis of the driving element as a central axis. The flow guide is disposed beside the wavelength conversion wheel at intervals along the axis, and at least one airflow channel is formed between the flow guide and the wavelength conversion wheel. The flow guide and the driving element are disposed at intervals, and the flow guide does not contact the rotary disc and the driving element. An orthographic projection of the flow guide on the rotary disc overlaps the wavelength conversion layer. When the wavelength conversion wheel rotates, the wavelength conversion wheel and the flow guide move relatively.

Abstract: A heat dissipation module, configured for heat dissipation of at least one first heat source and at least one second heat source, and including a first heat sink, a second heat sink, a first pipe, and a second pipe, is provided. The first heat sink and the first heat source are connected to each other through the first pipe to form a first loop, so that a liquid medium flows through the first heat sink for heat exchange and then flows to the first heat source for circulating heat dissipation. The second heat sink and the second heat source are connected to each other through the second pipe to form a second loop, so that the liquid medium flows through the second heat sink for heat exchange and then flows to the second heat source for circulating heat dissipation. A projection device, including the heat dissipation module, is also provided.

Abstract: A heat dissipation module, including a fan and a heat dissipation fin set, is provided. The fan has an air outlet side and an air inlet side opposite to each other. The heat dissipation fin set is configured at the air outlet side and includes a base, first heat dissipation fins, and second heat dissipation fins. The base is divided into a first area and a second area along a direction of a rotation axis of the fan. The first area is located between the air outlet side and the second area. The first heat dissipation fins are connected to the base and located in the first area, and arranged at equal intervals in a configuration direction perpendicular to the direction of the rotation axis.
