Abstract: A multi-arm robot for realizing conversion between sitting and lying posture of patients and carrying patients to different positions is disclosed. The complete robot includes a manipulator module, a trunk module, a chassis moving module and a control module. The manipulator module comprises at least three manipulators, which are connected with the trunk module by linear modules. The trunk module comprises a trunk body and four linear modules, which are connected with the chassis moving module by bolts. The chassis moving module comprises a plurality of omnidirectional wheels and a telescopic counterweight. The control module includes an actuator module, an operation module, an information acquisition module, a motion control module, a data processing module, a communication module and an early warning module.

Abstract: A device and method for preparing in-situ molded biochar with high specific surface area. Crushed and mixed biomass and modifier are fed into a hot pressing and pyrolysis device, and hot-pressing molding and pyrolysis carbonization are completed synchronously, which solves the problem of multiple steps and complicated equipment in the existing preparation process for molded biochar material. In-situ bonding molding is realized by adhesion, bridging, cross-linking and mechanical interlocking functions of low-temperature molten & softened lignin and pyrolytic tar. No additional cross-linking agent is needed in this process, so the production cost is low. Covering and suffocating actions of trace flame retardant modifier are utilized to reduce the temperature of biomass pyrolysis carbonization, inhibit excessive ablation and accelerate polycondensation reaction, thus to improve the specific surface area and yield of a product, and improve the cost performance of the product.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a self-powered time sharing reaction system and method for organic materials pyrolysis and combustion. The system comprises a time sharing reactor for pyrolysis and combustion, a feeder, a recovery apparatus for pyrolysis volatility products and a flue gas purifier. The whole process mainly consists of two time sharing stages of pyrolysis and combustion: organic materials are sent into the time sharing reactor for pyrolysis and combustion, and solid thermal carrier rapidly heats the organic materials and the pyrolysis reaction takes place. The produced pyrolysis volatility products enter the recovery apparatus for the recycling of the pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis oil; when the pyrolysis reaction is over, fill air into the time sharing reactor for pyrolysis and combustion to combust with the rest of the pyrolysis volatility products and the pyrolysis residue in the reactor. The heat produced during the combustion heats the solid thermal carrier, the flue gas is released after being purified, the heated solid thermal carrier is left in the time sharing reactor for pyrolysis and combustion to provide energy for the next organic materials pyrolysis. The process is thus repeated. The system has the advantages of cascade utilization of energy, short time of pyrolysis reaction and high efficiency of heat transfer.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a Bending-type Friction Steel Truss Coupling Beam, which can be rapidly repaired following an earthquake event. It comprises an upper chord, a lower chord, a diagonal web member, a web member, a T-shaped plate and a friction device. The friction device is located at both ends of the lower chord, where large deformation may occur. The friction device comprises a T-shaped friction main plate, a friction plate, a cover plate and a friction bolt. The disclosure uses a friction device to dissipate energy based on a common steel truss coupling beam. Different sliding loads can be designed according to the seismic precautionary intensity of different regions. The disclosure has the advantages of simple structure, immediate occupancy and low repair cost.

Abstract: A method for enhancing geological storage by injecting nanoparticles to stabilize CO2 microbubbles, which belongs to the technical field of multiphase flow. The method first improves the physical properties of the fluid by pre-mixing CO2 and nanoparticles, and then the fluid is transported to the underground through high-pressure pipelines, and then CO2 microbubbles containing nanoparticles are generated through a dense perforated plate arranged by an injection well to improve the dissolution rate and sweep efficiency of the gas in the saline aquifer, so as to enhance the later mixing of the fluid. The combined injection can improve CO2 storage capacity and storage safety, and further reduce the risk of gas leakage in the reservoir.

Through the finite element analysis on key parts in the process of the intelligent excavator, the relevant structural mechanics performance is obtained; The important operating states of the key parts of the intelligent excavator in the excavation process are collected, and the key operating data are obtained through data processing and calculation; sensor data and an artificial intelligence algorithm are fused, and the structure performance of the parts of the intelligent excavator under multiple unknown working conditions is predicated by using a prediction model; and finally, the performance data information is modeled and rendered by computer graphics technology, to obtain a digital twin of the structure performance display of the intelligent excavator is obtained, thereby realizing digital twin mapping of the performance information on key parts of the intelligent excavator in the excavation process.
