    Abstract: A solenoid includes a coil portion, a yoke having a side portion and a bottom portion, a plunger, and a stator core. The stator core has a magnetic attraction core and a sliding core which has a tubular core portion and a first magnetic flux transfer portion formed from the tubular core portion and the core end portion toward an outside in a radial direction to transfer magnetic flux between the yoke and the core portion. A breathing groove communicating an inside and an outside of the first magnetic flux transfer portion in the radial direction is formed on at least one of a first facing surface facing the bottom portion in a first magnetic flux transfer portion and a second facing surface facing the first magnetic flux transfer portion at the bottom portion so as to be positioned in a vertical direction when the solenoid is assembled.

    Abstract: A solenoid includes a coil, a plunger, a yoke, and a stator core. The yoke includes a side wall and a bottom. The stator core includes a magnetic attraction core, a slide core, and a magnetic flux passage restricting portion. The slide core includes: a core portion formed in a tubular shape; and a first magnetic flux transmitting portion configured to transmit magnetic flux between the yoke and the plunger through the core portion. The magnetic flux passage restricting portion is configured to restrict passage of the magnetic flux between the slide core and the magnetic attraction core. A second magnetic flux transmitting portion is configured to transmit the magnetic flux between the magnetic attraction core and the side wall. An elastic member is arranged in contact with an end surface of the magnetic attraction core and is configured to bias the stator core toward the bottom.

    Abstract: A current control device includes a target setting unit, a storage unit, an oil pressure ratio calculation unit, a specific current detection unit and a correction unit. The target setting unit adds a dither amplitude to a target current so that the current of the solenoid periodically changes at a dither cycle period longer than a PWM cycle period of the solenoid. The storage unit stores a stroke-current relationship between a stroke of the spool and the current of the solenoid. The oil pressure ratio calculation unit calculates an oil pressure ratio which is a value calculated by dividing an amplitude of the output oil pressure by an average value of the output oil pressure. The specific current detection unit detects a specific current based on the oil pressure ratio. The correction unit corrects the stroke-current relationship based on the specific stroke and the specific current.
