    Abstract: An improved reinforcing structure and method of making said structure are disclosed. The improved reinforcing structure is a polyfurcated cylinder having an integral base portion and a tines portion. The method of manufacture includes the steps of rolling a polyfurcated plate with an integral base and tines portion, rolling the base portion into a cylindrical shape and securing the abutting ends of the base.
