    Abstract: An order picking system including: shelving units delimiting an aisle; and a self-guiding carriage having climbing elements including four sprockets each intended to cooperate with shelves or chains attached to the posts, each of the sprockets being mounted on a support movable with respect to the frame of the carriage between an extended position and a retracted position. The width or length of the carriage is less than the spacing between the posts of the first pair of posts or the second pair of posts, and the movable support is configured such that, in the deployed position, at least a portion of each of the sprockets also protrudes from an edge of the frame facing the aisle.

    Abstract: A storage and transport system in a warehouse for an object intended to be stored in a rack of the warehouse. The system includes: a bin suitable for accommodating the object; and a powered trolley capable of climbing along the rack including a device for gripping and removing the bin. The gripping and removal device includes a support mounted so as to be movable relative to the chassis of the trolley between: an extended position, in which the support extends at least partially on a lateral edge of the carriage out of alignment with the chassis; and a retracted position, in which the support is housed opposite the chassis. The support includes a structural element and a protruding finger fixed with respect to the structural element and facing upward. The bottom of the bin has a fingerprint configured to accommodate a portion of the finger.

    Abstract: An order picking system includes an automatic guided trolley for picking objects for an order in at least one shelving and having at least two running wheels and gear wheel supports cooperating with two pairs of uprights so as to allow the trolley to rise along the uprights. A stretched roller chain is fixed on each of the uprights, the chain extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the upright to which it is fixed to receive a tooth of the gear wheel cooperating with the upright to which it is fixed. Two adjacent rollers of the chain are spaced apart by the pitch value of the gear wheel. Each movable support has a securing element with one of the four uprights to maintain a predetermined distance between the axis of the gear wheel mounted on the movable support and the chain receiving the teeth of the gear wheel.
