    Abstract: A system and method for observing a wireless frequency in a space between planets is provided. A system for integrally collecting rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data may include a remote measuring apparatus to measure an amount of a rainfall attenuation of a satellite signal based on a rainfall intensity at a predetermined point, to generate rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data based on the amount of the rainfall attenuation measured, and to transmit the generated rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data to a satellite relay, and an integrated center system to collect the generated rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data from the satellite relay.
