Abstract:
The present invention is a trust-based resource sharing method and system for managing resources such as accommodations, automobiles, bicycles, equipment, instruments, tools, furniture, and the like during the lease period, using the Internet and smart home technology. The invention, unlike the existing sharing economy approach (e.g., Airbnb, Uber, and the like) that simply links the owner (or lender) of the resource with the user (or tenant), allows a reliable service transaction between a resource provider (or lender) and a tenant, on the basis of the trust information analyzed through accumulated data collected through IoT sensors. The method and system of the present invention perform resource sharing transaction including procedures of creating and managing a trust grade of a user who uses resources, creating and managing a trust grade of resources, and controlling the use of resources based on the user trust grade and the resource trust grade.
Abstract:
Provided is a fast handover method using a layer 2 (L2) and layer 3 (L3) combination. When a mobile node moves from a present region to another region, fast handover of the mobile node is provided using a location update function between handover control agents (HCAs), and data bicasting from an old HCA wherein the mobile node performs handover to a new HCA.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for multilateral contents service utilizing shared region including delivering interest region information to a server through a proxy system, which is performed by at least one client apparatus, extracting shared region contents for the shared region which is shared among at least one interest region from the original contents, which is performed by the server, delivering the shared region contents and, the relevant information between the shared region and interest region of a first client—the first client is one of the at least one of clients—to the proxy system, which is performed by the server, and generating the interest region contents based on the contents and relevant information received from the server to deliver it to the first client apparatus, which is performed by the proxy system.
