Abstract: A twin axial cable includes a pair of wires each with a core conductor; a first dielectric extruded around each of the core conductors, said pair of conductors with the first dielectrics being intimately side by side positioned with each other in a transverse direction; a second dielectric different form the first dielectric and extruded around the first dielectrics; a shielding layer enclosing the second dielectric; and a heat seal PET layer enclosing the shielding layer. A coupling ratio which is calculated by a value of an even mode characteristic impedance subtracted an odd mode characteristic impedance divided by a value of the even mode characteristic impedance pulsed the odd mode characteristic impedance is between 15% to 30%.

Abstract: A cable assembly module includes: a front mating member; a rear cable linked behind the mating member and including a pair of signal wires; a pair of signal contacts retained upon the front mating member, each of said signal contacts including a middle retaining section associated with the front mating member, a front mating section spaced from the front mating member in a deflectable manner, and a rear connecting section mechanically and electrically connected to the corresponding signal wires, respectively; and a pair of grounding contacts located by two sides of the pair of signal contacts; wherein the front mating sections are adapted for being directly mated with circuit pads of a printed circuit board disposed in a plane, and the rear cable extends along a direction inclined with the plane.

Abstract: A plug connector includes a metallic enclosure with a heat sink member exposed on an exterior surface to enclose a printed circuit board; a set of electronic components assembled upon the printed circuit board; a thermal pad sandwiched between the set of electronic components and the metallic enclosure to dissipate heat from the electronic component to the metallic enclosure and eventually to the air via the heat sink member; wherein a center of said heat sink member is essentially aligned with a center of said set of electronic components or a center of the thermal pad for efficient dissipation of heat.

Abstract: An electrical cable connector assembly comprises a receptacle connector mated with a plug/cable connector. The receptacle connector mounted upon an external printed circuit board and includes an insulative housing forming a mating cavity, and a terminal module assembly received within the housing with contacting sections exposed in the mating cavity. The cable connector includes an internal printed circuit board with a contact module fixed at a front end region and a cable having a plurality of wires fixed at a rear end region in a multilevel manner. A die-casting cover encloses the internal printed circuit board with heat dissipation fin structure on an exterior surface.
