Abstract:
A two-color ruler blade utilized in a tape rule, the ruler blade fabricated of thin sheet steel that is cross-sectionally concave and radiused having a first color layer applied to the upper edge surface and a second color layer applied to the bottom edge surface. Tape rule graduations and numeric symbols are printed on the first color layer already applied to the upper edge surface of the ruler blade. As such, the first color layer and second color layer are each of a different color, resulting in a two-color steel tape rule, ruler blade.
Abstract:
An art design knife that provides for enhanced manual gripping stability and safety comprised of a front cover, a rear cover, a hatch, a magazine feed spring, a blade transport component, and a blade magazine. In addition to blade replacement convenience, the blade magazine contains a quantity of spare blades to thereby increase art design knife utility and, furthermore, enhance the industrial practical value of art design knife structures.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a dual color molding apparatus for a measuring tape and its molding method, and a dual color plastic technology is used to replace the existing label and decoration such as a label on the measuring tape and provide a different design of words, numbers or logos on a concave and convex surface to facilitate users to identify the molding apparatus. The molding apparatus includes a male mold fixing base, a first male mold, a second male mold, a female mold fixing base, a first female mold, a second female mold, a central axle and a middle plate. The first female mold forms a first cavity with any one of the male molds, and the second female mold forms a second cavity with any one of the male molds, and a glue injection is performed in the first cavity and the second cavity by a first glue injection unit and a second glue injection unit respectively. The first female mold and the second female mold are coupled to the female mold fixing base, and the first male mold is installed above a first male mold insert fixing base of the male mold fixing base, and the second male mold is installed above a second male mold insert fixing base of the male mold fixing base, and both first male mold and second male mold are coupled to the middle plate, and the first male mold is rotatably installed at the top of the second male mold insert fixing base and the second male mold is rotatably installed at the top of the first male mold insert fixing base through the central axle connected to the middle plate. Therefore, a dual color glue injection can be completed for the dual color mold without replacing the molding apparatus.
Abstract:
An art design knife structure that includes a case, the case including a left case half and a right case half that are assembled together, a blade frame capable of sliding back and forth disposed within the interior section of the case, and a push button sleeved onto the upper edge at the tail end of the blade frame. The push button projects through a slot hole in the case and, furthermore, the push button consists of two perpendicularly and individually disposed L-shaped push blocks, while the push button is capable of rotating 90 degrees. As such, when cutting objects from the left or the right, the angle and orientation is selectable by an optimal push button direction, the structure of present invention thereby increasing art design knife utility and, furthermore, enhancing their industrial practical value.

Abstract:
An improved tape rule blade that provides a cross-sectionally concavo-convex tape rule blade having a plurality of gradually varying sections of radii and angles of curvature to effectively increase the total extended length of the tape rule blade and thereby maximize single operator, fully drawn tape rule measurement span. As such, the tape rule blade structure of the present invention enhances tape rule utility and, furthermore, offers additional industrial practical value.
