Abstract:
N-(aminoacyl)-amino compound, represented by the following formula Wherein R1 denotes hydrogen, low alkyl or carbonyl, and N1 denotes an NH group and R2 denotes hydrogen or low alkylphenyl or aralkyl or imidazoalkyl or indolylalkyl, R1 and R2 together may complete a pyrrolidine or piperidine or thiazolidine ring and R3 denotes hydrogen or methyl or low alkyl and R4 denotes hydrogen or alkyl or the group remaining on exclusion of R4 from the formula and Z is a straight chain or branched alkylene, which may contain up to 3 carbon atoms. and R5 is nitrogen or sulphur or oxygen or salts thereof and ester compounds, characterised in that A is an ester or amino acid or alternatively sodium or a potassium salt of arginate and/or of ornithate and/or of aspharaginate.
Abstract:
In an apparatus and a method for pain therapy and/or for influencing the autonomic nervous system, at least one pulse-like wave is conducted onto a neurally sensitive region with an apparatus, namely a source of pulse-like waves the region participating in the conduction with respect to the pain or with respect to the region of the autonomic nervous system to be influenced.
Abstract:
A pulse wave generator includes a housing having a pressure field generator from which individually controllable pressure pulses can be emitted, a pressure pulse focusing unit by which the pressure pulses can be focused at the focusing point in, or on, a body of a living being, a pressure coupler, from which the pressure pulses can be transmitted to the body, a controller for the intensity and point in time of each pressure pulse, at least one further field generator being integrated by which the individually controllable field pulses can be generated in the focusing point and the intensity and time of each pulse can be controlled.

Abstract:
The invention deals with the use of N-(aminoacyl)-amino acids of Formula (I), especially anapril, (2 R, 4 R)-2-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-3-(3-aminopropionyl)-4-thiazolidine carboxylic acid, and 1-[(2 S)-3-amino-4-methyl-propionyl]-2-proline as dopaminergic active ingredients for increasing central or peripheral blood flow disorders.
