    Abstract: A system includes a pump controller, a user device, and a server. The pump controller transmits identity information via a first communication connection with the pump controller. The server validates the identity information in response to determining that characteristics of the identity information satisfy one or more predetermined validity criteria that are different than the identity information. The pump controller establishes a second communication connection with the server using authentication credentials generated by the server and transmitted to the pump controller in response to validating the identity information. The server transmits a unique activation code to the pump controller via the second connection. The pump controller displays the activation code. A user device associated with a user account transmits the activation code to the server. The server authorizes remote communications with the pump controller via the user account in response to determining that the activation request includes the activation code.

    Abstract: A fluid handling system suitable for injecting a pressurized fluid from a pump that is driven by a motor into an oilfield network includes a manifold fluidly connected to the pump and a controller. The manifold includes an inlet for receiving the fluid from the pump, a plurality of outlets downstream of and fluidly connected to the inlet, and a plurality of electric valves downstream of and fluidly connected, respectively, to the plurality of outlets, each of the plurality of electric valves being configured to selectively open and close to regulate a flow of the fluid from the plurality of outlets to a plurality of wells fluidly connected, respectively, to the plurality of electric valves. The controller is configured to receive a plurality of flow rate values of the plurality of wells, determine a plurality of duty cycles for the plurality of electric valves based on the plurality of flow rate values, and determine a schedule for the plurality of duty cycles so that only one of the plurality of electric valves is controlled open at a given time.

    Abstract: Tank volume monitoring using pressure of fluid in the tank includes determining a correlation scale that relates sensed fluid pressure to volume of fluid within the tank. Inputs utilized to determine the correlation scale include, for example, various combinations of sensed pressure for a provided volume, a volume corresponding to a pressure sensor location, a threshold tank volume, a height of fluid above a base of the tank, and reference heights and corresponding volumes of the tank. The correlation scale is determined without requiring the input of linear dimensions of the tank.
