    Abstract: A warm-up method for a machine system including a machine component and a machine sensor configured to sense temperature of the machine component is provided. The method comprises steps of; A) activating the machine component to execute a warm-up operation for warming up the machine component; B) determining whether the machine component is warmed up based on a target temperature corresponding to the machine component and a temperature of the machine component that is currently sensed by the machine sensor; and C) when it is determined that the machine component is warmed up, making the machine component not execute the warm-up operation.

    Abstract: A sensor assembly includes: a base with an installation space; an electrical connection member disposed on the base; a sensing unit including at least two physical sensors and one integrated circuit board; and a contact member disposed at one end of the base. The sensor assembly is a combination of the temperature sensor and the vibration sensor, the main physical parameters (including back clearance, collision, thermal displacement and lubrication) regarding the operation of the linear motion transmission device can be calculated based on the temperature signal and vibration signals, without requiring the installation of separate different sensors. Therefore, installation space is reduced. The sensor assembly is directly abutted against the linear motion transmission device to detect the change of various physical values in a most direct manner.

    Abstract: A method for determining timing of oil filling for a linear motion actuator can determine whether the oil film in a specific time period is sufficient, falling or insufficient, and then know the optimum timing of oil filling, by comparing the sum of the slope values within respective time periods with a predetermined value. The method is further capable of determining the timing of oil filling even when the rotation speed of the ball screw changes. The method includes a step of signal acquisition, a step of converting signal, a step of defining and saving eigenvalues, a step of calculating eigenvalues, and a step of determining oil filling.
