Abstract: Disclosed is a direct type reflective sheet structure, comprising a reflective sheet, on which a plurality of light emitting diode light sources are arranged in an array. A plurality of triangular prism-shaped microstructures is arranged at intervals on the reflective sheet around each of the light emitting diode light sources. Each of the microstructures has a reflective surface facing the light emitting diode light source to reflect light emitted by the light emitting diode light source. Further disclosed is a direct type backlight module. By implementing the embodiment of the present invention, it can avoid the appearance of color deviation on the display panel and reduce the loss of light.

Abstract: A mini light emitting diode (LED) backlight and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The mini LED backlight includes a backboard and a plurality of rectangular light boards provided with a plurality of mini LEDs arranged in an array, and the plurality of light boards are arranged in an array and spliced on the backboard. A seam is provided between two of the light boards adjacent to each other, and the backboard is provided with a plurality of grooves corresponding to the seams, and the plurality of seams and the plurality of grooves are filled with a cured adhesive. The method of manufacturing the corresponding mini LED backlight is further provided. The mini LED backlight and the method of manufacturing the same are capable of effectively improving the problem about dark lines between the light boards of the mini LED backlight.

Abstract: A direct-type backlight module and a LED array are provided. The backlight module includes a supporting plate; a LED array, disposed on the supporting plate, the LED array including a LED light source; an optical lens encapsulating the LED light source, the optical lens including a light entrance surface and a light exit surface for light rays emitted from the LED light source; a light adjusting structure, disposed apart from the supporting plate, a chamber defined between the light adjusting structure and the supporting plate; and a supporting structure, disposed on the light exit surface of the optical lens, extending within the chamber toward the light adjusting structure along a direction away from the supporting plate, the supporting structure configured to support the light adjusting structure. Generation of dark shadows is suppressed and structural strength of the supporting structure is enhanced.
