Abstract:
A valve device, in particular, in the form of a ball valve (1), having a blocking element (3) movably guided in a valve housing (2), which may be brought via a fluid passage (6) by means of an actuating device (4) from a pass-through position connecting at least two connecting points (5) to one another in the valve housing (2) into a blocking position, which interrupts this connection, and vice versa, and having a sealing device having at least one sealing ring which, together with its central opening, comprises the fluid passage (6) and which seals it along at least one sealing gap, is characterized in that the ring profile of at least one sealing ring of the sealing device has a ring opening that interrupts this profile in such a way that the sealing ring changes from an initial shape to an installation shape differing therefrom, in which it seals the sealing gap that can be assigned thereto with a predefinable pretension having an increased sealing force effect.
Abstract:
1. Test device for determining the particle load of high-pressure hydrogen.2. A test device for determining the particle load of pressurized hydrogen, comprising a housing (2), which has an inlet (4) and an outlet (8) for the inflow or outflow of hydrogen, respectively, and a sampling chamber (52), in which a filter holder (44) for a test filter (58) is provided, through which a sample amount of hydrogen can flow during a test procedure and which, after the test procedure has been completed, can be removed from the sampling chamber (52) for evaluating of the deposition of particles, and having a venting device (64, 70) for reducing the pressure in the sampling chamber (52), is characterized in that the venting device (64, 70) is arranged inside the housing (2) and discharges any remaining hydrogen, at least partially, in the direction of the inlet (4) of the test device after the hydrogen has stopped flowing from the testing device.
