Abstract: The present invention provides a method for remotely controlling an image processing device, using a mobile terminal. The method comprises the steps of: searching for and pairing with an adjacent mobile terminal by an image processing device; receiving screen state information of the image processing device by the paired mobile terminal; generating a menu screen on the basis of the received screen state information by the paired mobile terminal; and receiving an input from a user through the menu screen and controlling a display of the image processing device according to a function of the menu screen selected by the user, by the paired mobile terminal.
