Abstract: Ball screw nut is composed of an inner threaded nipple and an outer housing. The nipple is constructed with a hollow hard tubular metallic material to ensure the strength of the structure; while the outer housing where requires less strength is formed of a plastic material by ejection mold process so as to reduce the production cost and simplify the fabrication process.
