Abstract: A network link fault diagnosis method includes a cloud server that generates a dialing test task based on dialing test information configured by a user, where the dialing test information includes a source Internet Protocol (IP) address and a destination IP address; and the cloud server runs the dialing test task, and displays a dialing test result, where the dialing test result includes at least one network path, the network path includes a device between a device corresponding to the source IP address and a device corresponding to the destination IP address, and the at least one network path includes at least one of a virtual network path or a physical network path.
