Abstract: An example method includes capturing, via an x-ray machine, a plurality of x-ray images of a patient covering a number of different anatomy of the patient in any order, using a machine learning algorithm to process the plurality of x-ray images for identification of an anatomy in respective x-ray images of the plurality of x-ray images, associating a label with each of the plurality of x-ray images based on the identification of the anatomy, positioning each of the plurality of x-ray images upright based on a preset coordinate scheme for the anatomy, arranging the plurality of x-ray images into a predetermined order based on the species of the patient, and generating and outputting a data file including the plurality of x-ray images in the predetermined order, positioned upright, and labeled.

Abstract: An example computer-implemented method for identifying a heart condition in a non-human subject includes receiving a medical image of the non-human subject, determining by a processor executing a first machine-learning logic and based on the medical image a dimensional feature of a heart of the non-human subject, displaying the dimensional feature of the heart on a graphical user interface, receiving medical information associated with the non-human subject on the graphical user interface, determining by the processor executing a second machine-learning logic and based on the medical information and the dimensional feature of the heart a likelihood of a heart disease, and displaying the likelihood of the heart disease on the graphical user interface.

Abstract: Methods and systems for performing diagnosis using patient sample data are described. The method comprises receiving patient sample data at a point of care, analyzing the received patient sample data at the point of care, and evaluating a first result of analyzing the received patient sample data at the point of care to determine whether a criterion for advanced analysis at a central reference laboratory is met. In a case where the criterion for advanced analysis is met, the method further comprises reflexing the received patient sample data to the central reference laboratory for the advanced analysis, receiving, at the point of care, a second result of the advanced analysis from the central reference laboratory, and displaying at least one of the first result or the second result on a display at the point of care.

Abstract: An example computer-implemented method for processing pathology data includes providing a first graphical user interface for display on a first device, receiving pathology data associated with a patient, extracting a keyword from the pathology data, determining by executing a first machine-learning logic and based on the keyword extracted from the pathology data a pathology summary, providing a second graphical user interface for display on a second device presenting the pathology summary, and receiving a second input from the second graphical user interface. In response to receiving the second input at the second graphical user interface, the method includes providing for display at least one of: a background information module comprising data associated with the pathology summary; a contact information module comprising contact information of a pathologist associated with the pathology data; and an ordering module, which when initiated, generates an order for follow-on testing.
