Abstract: A charge dissipation plate for aircraft electronic systems comprises a machined metal plate 1 have at least one through opening 2a, 2b, 2c machined therein and an integrally formed collar 3a, 3b, 3c associated with and extending around the or each opening 2a, 2b, 2c. The or each collar 3a, 3b, 3c upstands from the plane of the plate 1 and has a threaded outer surface 4a, 4b, 4c. The or each collar 3a, 3b, 3c forms a housing for receiving an electronic connector therein, the threaded outer surface 4a, 4b, 4c, in use, being engagable by a mating threaded connector for connecting with the electronic connector mounted in the collar.
