Abstract: The present disclosure provides a tolerance compensation assembly, comprising a nut assembly (102, 103) and a holder (101), wherein the nut assembly comprises a mounting nut (301) and an adjusting nut (302), the adjusting nut (302) being configured to be at least partially received in the mounting nut (301), and the adjusting nut (302) being rotatable relative to the mounting nut (301) by means of thread fit so as to move relative to the mounting nut (301) along an axial direction of the nut assembly; and wherein the holder (101) has a mounting channel (211) and a holder connecting portion (215), the holder connecting portion (215) being configured to fit with a nut connecting portion (425) such that the mounting nut (301) is capable of being held in the mounting channel (211), and the holder connecting portion (215) and the nut connecting portion (425) being at least partially disposed within the mounting channel (211). The tolerance compensation assembly according to the present disclosure has a small size in the axial direction.

Abstract: A fastening assembly is provided which comprises a compensating element and an isolating member. The compensating element comprises a body having a receiving hole and a retaining flange provided at a first end of the body and having a retaining hole. The isolating member is made of metal and comprises a sleeve portion defining a channel. A fastening element inserted from a second end of the body of the compensating element can enter the channel and move in the channel in one or more lateral directions. The sleeve portion is inserted into the retaining hole and cooperates with the retaining hole to retain the isolating member in the compensating element. The fastening element fastens the compensating element to the second component via the sleeve portion, and the sleeve portion is configured to withstand an axial fastening force exerted by the fastening element on the retaining flange of the compensating element.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fastening clip assembly comprising a clip and an insert. The clip includes a pair of side walls and a head provided at first ends of the pair of side walls. The clip further includes an internal cavity between the pair of side walls, and the head is provided with an opening in communication with the internal cavity. The insert includes a pair of legs and a pair of latching arms respectively provided on outer sides of the pair of legs. The pair of legs are connected together at their proximal ends and form free ends at their distal ends. The pair of latching arms each is positioned between the respective proximal end and the respective distal end and extends toward the proximal end. The pair of legs are inserted at least partially into the internal cavity of the clip through the opening. The pair of latching arms are configured to, when the clip is in a use state, cooperate with the head of the clip to limit the withdrawal of the insert from the clip.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a tolerance compensation assembly comprising a tolerance compensation element and a spreading means. The tolerance compensation element comprises a body including at least two body segments arranged circumferentially about an axis, defining a channel extending along the axis together and connected to each other in a manner movable with respect to each other to enable the body segments to come together and open with respect to each other. The spreading means is inserted into the channel along an insertion direction and has a receiving path extending along the axis to receive a bolt. The spreading means is able to move in the insertion direction driven by the bolt while the bolt is fastening a first part to a second part, so as to apply a radial force to the body segments to cause them to open by moving radially away from each other.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a compensation nut assembly comprising a first nut having a limiting tab, a second nut and a limiting member connected to the second nut and comprising a first blocking arm and a second blocking arm. When the assembly is in a pre-assembled state, the first and second blocking arms retain the limiting tab therebetween in a circumferential direction. When a certain screwing force is applied to the first nut in the pre-assembled state in a first rotation direction, the first and second blocking arms are at least partially deflected by the limiting tab to allow the first nut to rotate out of the pre-assembled state. When a certain screwing force is applied to the first nut in the pre-assembled state in a second rotation direction, the first and second blocking arms restrict the first nut from rotating out of the pre-assembled state.

Abstract: A nut fastener assembly includes a nut assembly and a fastening clip. Opposite sides of the bottom of the nut assembly are provided with a pair of protrusions. The fastening clip includes a pair of lugs arranged on opposite ends of the fastening clip and extending towards the nut assembly, and a pair of receiving channels configured to respectively penetrate the pair of lugs. At least one of the pair of lugs is an adjustable lug including a blocking part and an elastic part. The distal end of the elastic part is movable relative to the distal end of the blocking part. The corresponding protrusion in the pair of protrusions can enter the corresponding receiving channel through a space between the distal end of the blocking part and the distal end of the elastic part to be held in the receiving channel.
