Abstract: The current disclosure provides a pickup and placing device including a control element, a substrate and a pickup structure. The substrate has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to each other and a plurality of conductive via structures, wherein the conductive via structures are electrically connected to the control element. The pickup structure includes a plurality of pickup heads used for picking up or placing a plurality of light emitting diodes respectively. The pickup structure is disposed on the lower surface of the substrate or disposed in the substrate and extended outside the substrate, and the substrate is disposed between the control element and the pickup structure, wherein the pickup heads are electrically connected to the conductive via structures.

Abstract: A touch display panel capable of operating in a display mode and a touch mode. In the touch mode, a data line transmits a data voltage signal to a pixel electrode of the touch display panel, and a corresponding common electrode is at a constant voltage level. Abstract: A light emitting diode substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of first light emitting diode and second light emitting diode. Abstract: A display panel includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of source lines, a plurality of first transistors and a plurality of light emitting diodes. The control end of each of the first transistors receives a gate signal. The first end of each of the first transistors receives a source signal. The first end of each if the LEDs is electrically connected to the second end of one of the corresponding first transistors. The second end of each of the LEDs receives a drive signal. A frame time of the light emitting diodes includes a first cycle and a second cycle. Within the first cycle of the frame time, the level of the source signal is higher than the level of the drive signal. Within the second cycle of the frame time, the level of the source signal is lower than the level of the drive signal.
