Abstract: The present invention provides an instantaneous on-line acoustic apparatus capable of recording contents of conversation and music, and sharing the music or content of recorded music with against party during communication. Moreover, it is able to mingle the music or surrounding noise, either presently existing or pre-recorded, into the phone line, so as to purposedly camouflage the user's location at the very moment communication takes place. Abstract: An extending cigar-lighting seat is constructed to be inserted into a car cigar-lighting socket. The extending cigar-lighting seat includes at least an inserting member, a first extending member, a second extending member and a universal connector. Each extending member can be connected to another portion, wherein the distal of the extending member can be connected with various products, such as power extending connectors, air pumps, and hand-free receivers of handsets. The universal connector serves to adjust the connecting object upwards, downwards, rightwards, or leftwards. The number of extending member may be increased to larger than two as desired.

Abstract: An earphone fittable to both ears by hanging comprises a housing of a front main body with a vacancy spacing therein forming a battery compartment, a projected male connection port, a push button for ON/Off the power supply, a pilot lamp, an earphone pug. The rear part comprises a bayonet shank, a flexible earphone hanger, and a recessed female connection port. After setting a Lithium battery in the compartment, the two connection ports are coupled with each other by pushing the bayonet shank. The earphone is fittable from one ear to the other by pulling away the bayonet shank to separate the two connection ports, and overturing the bayonet shank 180° about its own longitudinal axis.
