Abstract: A detection device is provided and includes a first detection electrode; and a dummy module adjacent to the first detection electrode in a first direction, wherein the first detection electrode includes a plurality of first openings and a plurality of second openings, the dummy module includes a plurality of first gap portions and a plurality of second gap portions, each of the first openings and the first gap portions extends in a first inclined direction inclined at a first angle with respect to the first direction, each of the second openings and the second gap portions extends in a second inclined direction inclined at a second angle with respect to the first direction, the first openings are apart from each other, and the first gap portions are coupled to each other.
