Abstract: The present invention relates to a highly conductive tissue-like hydrogel adhesive that provides a hydrogel having three-dimensional nanofibers including a double network in which a soft and stretchable polyacrylic acid network and a conductive PEDOT:PSS network are uniformly formed along the polyacrylic acid network, thereby exhibiting excellent adhesive properties, as well as physical properties similar to living tissue, high stretchability, and high electrical properties, and a manufacturing method thereof.
