Abstract: An acrylic resin film comprising 50 to 99 parts by mass of a methacrylic resin (A) comprising not less than 80% by mass of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate, and 50 to 1 part by mass of a block copolymer (B) comprising 40 to 90% by mass of methacrylic acid ester polymer block[s] (b1) and 10 to 60% by mass of acrylic acid ester polymer block[s] (b2), provided that the total of the methacrylic resin (A) and the block copolymer (B) is 100 parts by mass, wherein the methacrylic resin (A) and the block copolymer (B) satisfy the inequations (1) and (2): 0.5≦Mw(A)/Mw(b1)≦2.3 (1) 30000≦Mw(b2)≦120000 (2) in which Mw(A) is the weight average molecular weight of the methacrylic resin (A), Mw(b1) is the largest weight average molecular weight among the methacrylic acid ester polymer block[s] (b1) and Mw(b2) is the largest weight average molecular weight among the acrylic acid ester polymer block[s] (b2).

Abstract: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition that can be firmly bonded to an adherend with an active energy ray-curable adhesive provided therebetween, and provided are a molded product and a film each including such a thermoplastic resin composition. Also provided are a thermoplastic resin composition that is less likely to be whitened even when the adhesive permeates thereinto and a molded product and a film each including such a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition according to the present disclosure contains 70 to 95 mass % of a thermoplastic resin and 5 to 30 mass % of a multilayer structure polymer (C) having a multilayer particle structure, and the multilayer structure polymer (C) has a median diameter Da of no less than 200 nm and less than 500 nm when the median diameter Da is measured through a laser diffraction/scattering technique with the thermoplastic resin composition dissolved in acetone.

Abstract: A resin composite, a method of producing the resin composite, a molded product, a film, and an article excellent in impact resistance are provided. The resin composite contains a methacrylic resin (A), which contains no less than 80% by mass of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and has a melt viscosity η(A) of 1500 to 3500 Pa·s at 220° C. and a shear rate of 122/sec, and a triblock copolymer (B), which has a methacrylic acid ester polymer block (b2) coupled to each of two ends of an acrylic acid ester polymer block (b1), at a specific ratio. The triblock copolymer (B) includes the block (b1) and the block (b2) at a specific ratio and has a melt viscosity η(B) of 75 to 1500 Pa·s at 220° C. and a shear rate of 122/sec. The ratio of η(A)/η(B) is from 1 to 20.

Abstract: A resin composite that excels in weatherability and transparency and experiences less bleed out and whitening at a high temperature, and a method for producing the resin composite, and the like are provided. Specifically, the resin composite includes: a methacrylic resin (A) that contains a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and that has a melt viscosity η(A) of 1,500 to 3,500 Pa·s; and a block copolymer (B) in which a methacrylic acid ester polymer block (b2) is coupled to an acrylic acid ester polymer block (b1). The block copolymer (B) has a melt viscosity η(B) of 75 to 1,500 Pa·s. A ratio η(A)/η(B) is from 1 to 20. 0.1 to 3 parts by mass of a hydroxy phenyl triazine-based UV absorber is contained in 100 parts by mass of the total of the methacrylic resin (A) and the block copolymer (B).

Abstract: An acrylic resin film is obtained by a method comprising bulk-polymerizing methyl methacrylate and an alkyl acrylate ester to obtain an acrylic thermoplastic resin component comprising more than 99% by mass of a methyl methacrylate unit and not more than 1% by mass of an alkyl acrylate ester unit, extruding, through a T-die, a resin composition comprising 70 to 95% by mass of the acrylic thermoplastic resin component and 5 to 30% by mass of a crosslinked rubber particle component, and forming the resultant into a thickness of 20 to 300 μm with no bank.
