An image forming system includes an image forming portion, an image data generation portion, a position information obtaining portion, a position information adding portion, a storage portion, an image data searching portion, and a list display portion. The image forming portion forms an image on a print sheet based on image data. The position information obtaining portion obtains position information associated with a place where the image data has been generated. The position information adding portion adds the obtained position information to the generated image data. The storage portion stores therein the image data to which the position information has been added. The image data searching portion searches for the stored image data based on the position information. The list display portion displays a list of the searched image data as a candidate for the image data to be printed by the image forming portion.

The present disclosure includes a document data storing unit 6 that stores a plurality of document data together with an attribute, an aggregate condition storing unit 7 that stores an aggregate condition defining the aggregate attribute, and an aggregate processing unit 5. The aggregate processing unit 5 configures the document data to be aggregated into a document group from the selected plurality of document data based on the aggregate condition, and executes aggregate printing of the document data in the document group as a single group of continuous print data.

The displaying and accepting unit 401 selectably displays a post-processing delete key 607 for deletion after a process as well as image data 605 in an external storage device 128 on a touch screen 201. The storing and deleting unit 404 stores, when the post-processing delete key 607 and predetermined image data 605a are selected, image data 605a in the external storage device 128 corresponding to the image data 605a thus selected to the internal storage unit 405 and deletes the image data 605a from the external storage device 128. A determination unit determines whether or not an image forming device is a pre-designated image forming device by using specifying information when security setting including the specifying information that specifies the pre-designated image forming device has been made in image data read from a portable external storage device. A display control unit causes a display unit to display image information specifying the image formed on the basis of the image data in a state in which security of the contents of the image is ensured when the image forming device is not determined by the determination unit to be the pre-designated image forming device, and causes the display unit to display the image information in a state in which security of the contents of the image is not ensured when the image forming device is determined by the determination unit to be the pre-designated image forming device.
