    Abstract: A 3D printer for a metal alloy filament is provided in which, in order to prevent the oxidation of a metal alloy laminate, an inert gas is introduced, the outside and heat and air are blocked, and a metal alloy filament that is melted in a nozzle and extruded is laminated one layer at a time on a floor plate installed inside a heated chamber and moving three-dimensionally with respect to the nozzle, in order to firmly attach the filament having little deformation.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of conveniently adjusting a height of a crutch that improves a conventional method of adjusting a length of a medical crutch and a height of a hand grip thereof. The conventional method of adjusting heights of a crutch including a armpit support 54 at an upper part thereof, a hand grip 11 at a middle part thereof, and a leg pole pipe 4 at a lower part thereof using a bolt, nuts, and a button is improved. A single fixing pin 21 installed inside a hand grip that is located in the middle part of a crutch is used to promptly adjust the height of the crutch including a side pole pipe 51 that is located in the upper part thereof and to which a armpit support 54 having armpit projections 54-1 at both ends thereof is attached, the hand grip 11, and a leg pole pipe 52 that is located in the lower part thereof. A steel reinforcing armature 100 is inserted into the leg pole pipe 52 that is S-curved, and a crutch rubber tip 53 is located in the centroid of the crutch. The leg pole pipe is inserted into the side pole pipe (a) or the leg pole pipe and the side pole pipe cross each other (b) to move both pipes up and down. The heights of the hand grip and the leg pole pipe of the pin type one pole crutch according to the present invention are adjusted using the single fixing pin, and the intensity of the steel reinforcing armature inserted into the leg pole pipe that is S-curved is increased.

    Abstract: A height-adjusting medical crutch having a fixed globe (6) whose center is penetrated so that a middle bottom frame (4) can pass therethrough, a side frame (8), a rivet (10) which fixes a fixed globe (6) on a lower part of the side frame (8) and the middle bottom frame (4) which is moved through the inner side of the fixed globe (6) so that the height of the medical-adjusting crutch can be adjusted. A tight coupler (12) having an arc form is formed continuously on the inner radial surface,of the fixed globe (6) so that the tight coupler (12) adheres to the space between the middle bottom frame (4) and the side frame (8). A side frame (8a) is penetrated to be inserted into both sides of the inner radial surface of the fixed globe (6a) and the side frame (8a) is fixed on the upper edge and lower edge of the medical crutch.

    Abstract: A medical crutch includes a hollow bottom leg member and a pair of hollow side rail members running parallel at a predetermined distance apart, and merged by inflections which are in turn engaged to the bottom leg member at its opposite sides, each of the bottom leg and side members having a cross section of a round-cornered rectangle or an ellipsoid with a flat engagement surface with respect to the adjacent members increasing the resistance to the lateral working loads of the crutch in use and facilitating the assembly of the members as well as the precise punching operations for forming screw holes through which a plurality of screw bolts and nuts fasten the members together; each of the bottom leg and side rail members having a reinforcing means extending inside thereof in a direction vertical to the load-acting lateral direction to prevent a crushing of the member in the punching and a bending operation to form said inflections; and a grip means including concave and convex surfaces formed integral to each of the bottom leg and side rail members to allow a positive locking engagement between the members while reinforcing the members against the punching operations by effecting the corresponding thickened wall to the areas of the members to be punched.
