Abstract: A display apparatus is disclosed that includes a display panel having front and rear surfaces; a heat dissipation plate having front and rear surfaces and the rear surface of the heat dissipation plate is on the rear surface of the display panel; a source printed circuit board on the rear surface of the heat dissipation plate, and connected to the display panel; a control printed circuit board on the rear surface of the heat dissipation plate and comprising a retaining protrusion that protrudes towards the rear surface of the display panel; and a holder member between the heat dissipation plate and the control printed circuit board and holding the control printed circuit board in the heat dissipation plate. The control printed circuit board is stably held and thus expected to have effects on reducing shaking during logistics transportation and simplifying a manufacturing process.
