Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The organic light-emitting display device includes a lower substrate having a plurality of subpixels, an anode disposed on the lower substrate, a bank provided to overlap an end portion of the anode and configured to define a light-emitting area, an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the anode and the bank, a cathode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer, an upper substrate disposed opposite to the lower substrate, a black matrix disposed on one surface of the upper substrate and protruding toward the lower substrate and defining an opening area corresponding to the light-emitting area, a color filter disposed on one surface of the upper substrate so as to correspond to the opening area, and a reflective layer disposed on a side surface of the black matrix.
