Abstract: A method of transmitting data using hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) includes transmitting an uplink data, receiving an ACK signal corresponding to the uplink data, and keeping the uplink data in a HARQ buffer after receiving the ACK signal until an uplink grant is received, the uplink grant comprising information on uplink resource assignment. Data can be more reliably transmitted.
