    Abstract: A camera module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an illumination unit for outputting a signal of incident light irradiated to an object; a lens unit for collecting a signal of reflection light reflected from the object, an image sensor unit for generating an electric signal from a reflection light signal collected by the lens unit, a tilting unit for shifting an optical path of the reflection light signal, and an image control unit for extracting a depth map of the object by using a phase difference between the incident light signal with respect to a frame having shifted by the tilting unit and the reflection light signal received by the image sensor unit, wherein the lens unit is disposed on the image sensor unit and includes an infrared (IR) filter disposed on the image sensor unit and at least one lens disposed on the infrared filter, and the tilting unit controls tilt of the infrared filter.

    Abstract: A camera module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lighting unit for outputting an output light signal emitted at an object; a lens unit including an infrared (IR) filter and at least one sheet of a lens arranged on the IR filter, and condensing an input light signal reflected from the object; a tilting unit for shifting the optical path of the input light signal by controlling the tilt of the IR filter; an image sensor unit for generating an electric signal from the input light signal condensed by the lens unit and shifted by the tilting unit; an image control unit for extracting depth information of the object by using a phase difference between the output light signal and the input light signal received by the image sensor unit; and a detection unit for detecting tilt information of the IR filter and providing the tilt information of the IR filter to the image control unit.

    Abstract: A camera device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises: a light output unit which outputs an output-light signal irradiated on an object; a lens unit which comprises an infrared (IR) filter and at least one lens arranged on the IR filter, and condenses an input-light signal reflected from the object; an image sensor which generates an electrical signal from the input-light signal condensed by the lens unit; a tilting unit which shifts the optical path of the input-light signal according to a predetermined rule; and an image control unit which acquires depth information of the object by using a phase difference between the output-light signal and the input-light signal received at the image sensor, wherein the image control unit acquires the depth information of the object by using data extracted during a plurality of periods during which the optical path of the input-light signal is repeatedly shifted according to the predetermined rule, and the image control unit corrects the difference between a preconfigured shift value of the optical path of the input-light signal, and the actual shift value.

    Abstract: A camera module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a lighting unit configured to output an incident light signal to be emitted to an object, a lens unit configured to concentrate a reflected light signal reflected from the object, an image sensor unit configured to generate electric signals from the reflected light signal concentrated by the lens unit, a tilting unit configured to shift an optical path of at least one of the incident light signal and the reflected light signal for each image frame in units of subpixels of the image sensor unit, and an image control unit configured to extract depth information of the object using a phase difference between the incident light signal and the reflected light signal. The image control unit includes an image controller configured to extract the depth information having a higher resolution than a plurality of subframes generated using the electric signals on the basis of the subframes.
