Abstract:
Portioning arrangement for dispensing portions of liquid foodstuff (2) from a foodstuff container, where the portioning device exhibits a portioning housing which exhibits a holding part (7) and a portioning device (8) attachable to this in such a way that the holding part (7) and the portioning device (8) together form a portioning chamber (9) and where the portioning device (8) is arranged to allow foodstuff (2) to be drawn by suction out of the foodstuff container and into the portioning chamber (9) and dispensed from it, principally on to food such as a hamburger or the like. In order to be able to quickly and effectively clean this portioning arrangement (1) internally by dismantling only a small number of parts without tools, the portioning device (8) is designed as a bung-like part (24) which is intended to be inserted into a space (23) intended for the purpose in the holding part (7) so that the bung-like part (24) plugs with a seal and sits securely in said space (23).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for separating blasting dust from blasting agent, whereby separation occurs in a separating space (16) from which the blasting dust (15) is sucked into a dust collecting device (19) while the blasting agent (13) is fed to a recirculating device (12) for recycling thereof, and whereby the blasting dust (15) is sucked into the dust collecting device (19) by generating a negative pressure therein by means of a negative pressure-generating device. In order to eliminate the need for bulky fan devices for generating negative pressures in the dust collecting device, the negative pressure-generating device includes an air guide means (32) which is connected to a compressor (9) and feeds air from said compressor in a direction from a blasting dust inlet (30) towards a collecting container (21) for blasting dust (15).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a container for hazardous detergents which is adapted to permit withdrawal of the hazardous detergent (73) and recovery thereof in polluted state, the hazardous detergent (73) preferably being a solvent which can be pumped out of the container (9), is useful for internal and/or external cleaning of spray guns (1) or other polluted implements and recoverable in the container (9) in polluted state. To allow disposal of the container in cramped spaces and to eliminate the risk of explosive and/or toxic gases collecting therein, the container is characterized in that it comprises an outer container (64) and an inner container (66), that there is connected to the inner space (65) of the outer container (64) and possibly to the inner space (72) of the inner container (66) a pump device (75 and possibly 79) for pumping up clean detergent (73) from the inner space (65) of the outer container (64) and possibly the inner space (72) of the inner container (66), that there is connected to the inner space (72) of the inner container (66) a return conduit (29) for recirculating detergent (73) coming from the outer container (64) and possibly from the inner container (66) and polluted through use, to the inner space (72) of the inner container (66), and that the inner container (66) has flexible walls to permit unfolding and/or distention thereof as the outer container (64) is drained of clean detergent (73) and the inner container (66) is filled with polluted detergent (73). (FIG. 3).
Abstract:
A particle suction system wherein a machine tool is connected to a quick coupling device which comprises a pressurized air control valve for regulating the removal of dust particles from the work area. The pressurized air control valve is arranged to follow the quick coupling device when it is disconnected from the machine tool and interrupts the air flow.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a portioning arrangement for portioning out liquid foodstuffs. For quick and easy disassembly of the portioning arrangement for cleaning of the parts thereof interlarded with foodstuff, a dispensing device (10) forming part of the portioning arrangement is releasable from a drive piston (17) driving the device (10), and the dispensing device (10) is also retractable or removable from a portioning chamber (11) of a dispensing unit (38), whereby the dispensing device (10) and the portioning chamber (11) can be easily cleaned separately.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for cleaning paint distributing channels in spray guns, whereby paint distributing channels are adapted to direct paint from a supply (3) thereof to a paint discharge nozzle (5) and cleanable by leading a dissolvent (6) filled into the paint supply (3) from the supply through the paint distributing channels (2) and out from the spray gun (1) through its paint discharge nozzle (5). In order to prevent the dissolvent (6) flowing through the paint distributing passages from escaping into the surroundings, the device comprises a suction system (7) in which a vacuum is generated and which includes a connecting unit (8) to which the paint discharge nozzle (5) of the spray gun (1) may be connected or which may be connected to the paint discharge nozzle (5) in order to, by means of the vacuum in the suction system (7) suck dissolvent (6) from the paint supply (3) through the paint distributing channels (2) and the paint discharge nozzle (5), whereby one or more collecting containers (9) are provided to collect dissolvent (6) suck from the spray gun (1).
Abstract:
This invention relates to a method of making brushes for cleaning preferably bacteria-polluted surfaces, particularly the skin, gums or teeth, in which the body (1) of the brush shall be provided with a great many bristles (2) designed to collectively form a uniformly distributed bristle covering on the brush body (1) or parts thereof. To apply the bristles (2) to the brush body (1) in a very rapid and solid manner even though the body and the brush are very small, a surface (3) of polyamide material of the brush body (1) is supplied with a water-soluble organic acid (8) to dissolve the brush body surface (3) of polyamide material, whereupon bristles (2) of preferably polyamide material are attracted to the brush body (1) by electrostatic attraction so that those end portions (17) of each bristle which come in contact with the dissolved surface (3) of the brush body (1) are dissolved and caused to fuse with said surface to form a brush in which the body (1) and all bristles (2) are integrated into a unit. A brush product particularly suitable for dental care, which has been produced by this method, has a body (1) comprising an end portion (1a) devoid bristles to permit being grasped during brushing without coming in contact with the bristle-carrying parts of the body (1).
Abstract:
A coupling device for connecting a material discharge to a packing, preferably with walls of plastic foil for viscous material, comprises two interconnectable coupling members, one of which is mounted on the packing and the other on the material discharge. The coupling device permits application of a material discharge to the packing in a quick and efficient manner. A packing coupling is mounted on an unbroken wall portion of the packing and is provided with a separating portion disposed inside the packing. The separating portion comprises a grip portion for the material discharge coupling, side openings for flow-through of material and a support portion directed towards an opposed wall portion of the packing. The material discharge coupling is provided with a hole-punching portion for punching the unbroken wall portion and a grip portion which is designed to securably fit into the grip portion of the packing coupling after punching.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for discharge or outfeed of a pasty product, preferably foodstuff, from a container. A piston means (11) is brought to perform a discharge movement in a discharge direction (F) for discharge or outfeed of the product (2) from the container (3). At least one retraction or withdrawal means (24) is provided for imparting to the piston means (11) a retraction movement in a retraction direction (R) opposite to the discharge direction (F), such that the pressure from the piston means (11) against the container (3) is relieved for accomplishing non-drop operation, after discharge. At least one stroke setting or stroke determining means (30) is provided for determining the stroke of the piston means (11) and thereby, the dose volume during each discharge or outfeed of product (2) from the container (3). The stroke setting means (30) for determining a stroke of the piston means (11) is replaceably provided on said piston means (11) such that it can be replaced by another stroke setting means (30) for determining or setting another stroke.
