Abstract: A method for analyzing droplets based on images: obtaining a working dye channel image and a reference dye channel image corresponding to a droplet system (S1); separately performing a preset image processing operation on the working dye channel image and the reference dye channel image (S2); using the working dye channel image or the reference dye channel image as a target image (S3), and determining a region in which each droplet is located from within the target image (S4); and on the basis of the determined region in which each droplet is located, analyzing the droplet system (S5). The method can effective effectively improve the accuracy of droplet analysis. Further provided are a computer device and a storage medium.

Abstract: A flow cell includes a first cover; a second cover facing the first cover, and at least two spacers provided side by side between the first cover and the second cover. The first cover, the second cover, and two adjacent spacers cooperatively form a flow path, surface of the first cover near the second cover piece forms a detection surface. A first opening is provided at an end of the flow path, which can inject a first sample into the flow path. The first sample is adsorbed on the detection surface. A second opening is provided at another end of the flow path, which can inject microdroplets into the flow path. The microdroplets include a second sample. Abstract: A fluid laying device includes a manifold block. The manifold block defines a first channel, and also defines a first fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, and several carrier interfaces. Each carrier interface has a first hole connecting one of a channel inlet and channel outlets of the flow cell carrier. The manifold block is provided with an inlet valve device, a bypass valve device, and outlet valve devices. The inlet valve device and the outlet valve devices are one-to-one corresponding to the carrier interfaces, and disposed on a fluid path from the corresponding carrier interface to the first channel. The first channel includes a first section and a second section. A bypass valve device is between the first and second sections to control connection and disconnection between the first and second sections. The inlet valve device connects the first section, and the outlet valve devices connect the second section.

Abstract: A scheduling system includes a receiving system and a transfer system. The receiving system receives a carrier carrying a biological sample. The transfer system transfers the sample carrier between biochemical reaction platform and detection platform, so that a sample in the sample carrier performs a biochemical reaction on the biochemical reaction platform, and a signal from the reacted sample can be detected on the detection platform. The present disclosure further provides a scheduling method, a scheduling control system, a biochemical analysis system and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The present disclosure improves a degree of automation of sample carrier scheduling, and realizes simultaneous analysis of multiple sample carriers to improve a testing throughput.
