Abstract:
Damping device for moveable furniture parts. A longitudinally displaceable piston on opposing sides forms two variable size working chambers filled with a damping medium via at least one overflow connection. A piston rod led out of the housing is connected to one side of the piston. An adjustment shaft is connected to one side of the piston opposite one of the working chambers, its free end is also led out of the housing. A throttle disc radially protrudes from the circumferential surface of the adjustment shaft. The throttle disc being disposed in a region of an end of a piston passage bore connecting the two working chambers and configuring the overflow connection abutting a front surface of the piston. Recesses in the throttle disc offset from each other circumferentially have different cross-sections. The recesses may be selectively aligned by rotating the adjustment shaft relative to the passage bore.

Abstract:
A damping device (10) for moveable furniture parts, comprising a piston (14) that is supported in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a housing (12) and on two opposing sides forms two working chambers (24; 26), which are variable in size and filled with a fluid damping medium, allowing a throttled transfer of the damping medium between the two working chambers (24; 26) via at least one overflow connection. A piston rod (28) led out of the housing in a sealed manner is connected to one side of the piston (24). Via the outer end of said rod, the movement of the furniture part to be dampened is transmitted to the piston. On the side of the piston opposite the working chamber (26) on the piston rod side, an elongated adjustment shaft (38) is connected. The free end of the adjustment shaft rotatably arranged in the piston is also led out of the housing (12) in a sealed manner and is provided with a throttle disc (46) radially protruding from the circumferential surface thereof, said disc in the region of an end of a piston passage bore (45) that connects the two working chambers and configures the overflow connection abutting a front surface of the piston (14). The throttle disc comprises a plurality of recesses with different passage cross-sections, said recesses being offset from each other in the circumferential direction, wherein said cross-sections can be selectively aligned by rotating the adjustment shaft (38) with the passage bore (45) connecting the working chambers. The throttle disc (46), which has a circular delimitation in the top view and at least in the radially outer edge region has two planar surfaces running parallel to each other, is held on or in the piston (14) in a rotatable way and is secured against unintended rotation in the piston (45) in the alignment positions of the recesses with the passage bore (45).
Abstract:
Hinge (10) for pivotally attaching a door leaf (12) on the body of cabinets, whereby the unobstructed width of the open front side that can be closed by the door leaf is narrowed by at least one inwardly facing frame strip (16). The mounting plate (28) of the hinge can be pre-mounted on the inwardly facing frame strip (16), wherein the mounting plate has an attachment flange that can be screwed onto the free front face (26) of the inwardly facing frame. The attachment flange extends beyond the inside of the frame into the interior of the cabinet body. The free surface of the mounting plate facing away from the frame includes an elongated strip-like projection, on which the body stop element of the hinge (10), which is formed as an elongated support arm (24) extending over the strip-like projection, can be adjustably attached.
Abstract:
An opening device including an elongate ejector ram mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a housing and pretensioned at one end by a spring into a position in which it protrudes out of the housing and pushable back into the housing counter to the pretensioning. A releasable locking device locks the ejector ram in a position retracted in the housing. A tensioning device is provided forcibly displaces the ejector ram. When the movable furniture part is completely opened, a tensioning device forcibly displaces the ejector ram into the locking position retracted within the housing. The tensioning device converts the opening movement of the movable furniture part in the interior of the housing via a tensioning member having one end guided out of the housing into a movement pulling the ejector ram back into the retracted position.
Abstract:
An opening device (10) for furniture parts which are movable relative to one another, such as door wings (12), flaps and the like coupled pivotably to a furniture body, with an elongate ejector ram (30) which is mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a housing (28) which can be fastened to one of the furniture parts which are movable relative to one another. The ejector ram is pretensioned at its one end by means of a spring (32) into a position in which it protrudes out of the housing (28) in the direction of the other furniture part in each case and can be pushed back into the interior of the housing counter to the pretensioning. The device has a locking device which locks the ejector ram (30) in the position in which it is retracted in the housing (28), and can be unlocked by manipulation by means of a user. A tensioning device is provided in the housing (28), the tensioning device forcibly displacing the ejector ram (30), when the movable furniture part (12) is completely opened, into the locking position in which said ram is retracted into the housing (28), said tensioning device converting the opening movement of the movable furniture part (12) in the interior of the housing via a tensioning member (33), which acts at its one end which is guided out of the housing (28) on the movable furniture part, into a movement pulling the ejector ram (30) back into the retracted position.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a damping device for parts of furniture which are joined together by means of hinges and which can be pivoted in relation to each other. The housing contains a damping fluid in the cavity thereof and a resistance element which can be displaced relative to the dumping fluid and connected to an actuating element protruding from the housing. During at least one part of the pivoting movement of both pieces of furniture, said actuating element is drivingly connected to the second piece of furniture and transfers the movement distributed to the second piece of furniture to the resistance element. The damping device is arranged in the region of at least one of the hinges which pivotally couples both pieces of furniture, and whereby either the damping housing and/or the actuating element engages with one of the mounting element of the corresponding hinges, at least during the damping process.
Abstract:
Damping device for damping motion of movable furniture parts. A piston mounted in housing in longitudinally displaceable manner which, due lo displacement, forms two variable-size working chambers on opposite sides with damping medium. Via overflow-connection, throttled transfer of damping medium is possible between two working chambers. Piston plunger, fed selectively, is connected on one side of pislon. Via the outer end of piston plunger, the motion of the furniture part to be damped is transferred to the piston. On side of piston, an elongated adjustment shaft is connected to the piston plunger. Free end of plunger is fed in sealed manner out of front face lying opposite front face that is sealed on the piston plunger side. The end of adjustment shaft engages with a passage duct connecting two working chambers and forms a variable-sized throttle cross section in the passage duct, making adjusting motion of shaft relative to piston.
